There are two main aspects to the Esto endeavor: assignment photography and stock licensing with digital production and delivery at the intersection of the two. Assignments are primarily handled by Joel Sanders and Erica Stoller. Receiving and delivering new images from photo assignment work is handled by Susan Herpel and Ryan Rothman. Amanda Jinks is the in-house file processing, scanning and retouching expert. Christine Cordazzo and Ellen Oster deal with research and licensing. David LaSpina, juggling several full-time jobs, is responsible for the image archive. Morunda Moore and Margaret Griffith are the bookkeepers. Keywording and file checking are handled off-site by Bill Ketchum.
