Albert Vecerka is among the newer members of the Esto collaborative. Trained in both architecture and photography, Albert's work shows a strong understanding of the formal elements of each: space and light portrayed through the element of time.

Born in the former Yugoslavia, Albert Vecerka moved to New York in 1992. After studying architecture and photography, he received a BS in Architecture from City College in 1997. The next year, he began to concentrate on photography on his own and as an assistant to a number of photographers including Paul Warchol. Albert has taught photography and woodworking at Parsons School of Design and architectural photography at City College. In the fall of 2002, Albert began his affiliation with Esto.
